Incorrect Shipping Information
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer wasn’t home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier.
  • If your package arrived and is damaged, please email us immediately with photos included to contact@morelifebeautybrand.com.
  • We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customer to investigate.
  • Packages marked are delivered but not received- We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by carrier, but you did not receive it. Once an item is marked delivered, we can no longer file a claim on that package. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number and details about your package so that they may assist you.
